At Engineered Sintered Components (ESC), we believe our unique ability to handle most customer process
requirements at one location sets us apart from the competition. What really give us an advantage are our
people. We are proud that we employ many
of the associates that were here when ESC started. The hard work and dedication of our
employees is evident through out all areas of our facilities.
Employee Involvement and Training of our employees are the two main focuses items that make us a strong
partner. We firmly believe that
empowering our associates allows for quick implementation of improvements on our
production floor. We hold bi-weekly
employee involvement meetings to allow strong communication. Along with normal class room training, we
use our “one minute” lessons on our production floor to reinforce the
fundamentals daily. Our training program
includes cross training that allows our associates to be flexible to give us
better response to our customer’s demands.
